Q: Do you ship outside of BC?

A: We sure do! We ship all across Canada

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Local delivery is $10.00 for the city of Chilliwack. Outside of Chilliwack Standard shipping start at just $15.00 and reduces the more you spend (over $50 etc) and is free when you spend $100-$199.99. Orders over $200 will have a small shipping fee due to the oversize nature of the packaging and weight and current fuel surcharges. However we may refund all or part of this fee should the order fall under the weight thresholds set out by Canada Post

Q: Why is Apple Pay not working?

A: Double check that your first and last name are included in your billing information on your phone. Go to wallet, select the default card, then select the three dots at the top, scroll down to the bottom and select billing address. Add your first and last name then save. (ensure that this step is taken for all your cards too)

Q: I am trying to process my order but it says: "Some items in your cart can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."

A: Make sure you do not have any pick up/local delivery only items in your cart. Any pop or gift baskets are pick up/local delivery only due to their fragile nature and high shipping costs. At this time these items cannot be combined in orders with other products even for local pick up due to the way the online store works. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope they have a more elegant solution soon.

Q: What if I would like to place a delivery order with a bouquet and other items, now I have to pay for delivery twice?

A: Not to worry! If you would like to place an order for local delivery and require two orders we will refund the delivery fee on one of the orders. We would never make you pay twice for one delivery. :)

Q: When will my pick up order be ready?

A: We strive to prepare our orders as quickly as possible. If you order after 12pm or after the store is closed it will be prepared the next morning we are open and be ready for pick up that afternoon. :) If you order before 12pm we will have it ready the same day between 4 and close (with the exception of Sundays). If we are able to prepare it sooner we will absolutely let you know!

Q: I don't see the product I'm looking for on your page, do you carry it?

A: We are working VERY hard to add as many products as possible to our online store, with thousands of items it is a long process. Please message us and we will let you know if we have it and are usually able to add it to our online store that same day!

Q: How is your bulk candy packaged?

A: Unless otherwise stated similar bulk items are generally packaged together to safe space and packaging :) If you would like your bulk packaged separately please put any information in your order notes, additional charges may apply.

Q: I am not comfortable coming into the store and picking up my order, what can you do?

A: Easy! Give us a call when you arrive and meet us at the front door, we'll hand your bag outside the door so you don't have to come in. If you get a parking spot right outside the door we can also bring it right to your car :)

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: General processing times are 1-3 business days. (orders are not processed for shipping on weekends) We are working hard to get orders out the door as quickly as possible however please be aware that there may be delays during peak orders times (Tik Tok Goes Viral/Holidays Etc) so it is best to order early if it is a gift!

Q:  I received my shipment notification, when will my order arrive?

A: We ship using Canada Post as it is the most cost effective while we are still growing this portion of our business. Please be aware that Canada Post is currently experiencing some delays due to COVID and there may be a slight delay. Check your tracking information for more details on your delivery ETA

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: At this time we are not taking any return on gift/clothing items however we will exchange the item in store. There are no returns on any edible products 

Q: The coupon code is not working for pick up

A: Check to make sure you do not have any ineligible products in your cart. Custom products such as goodie bags and candy bouquets are not eligible for any discounts

Q: What is considered a remote area?

A: Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavut
