Food items are final sale / no returns. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstance. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund if we find the circumstance to not be in our control.

If there any concerns with your order then please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order for refund/exchange requests and must be approved by our Customer Service Department. Due to Health and Safety concerns StickysGarrison.ca only accepts returns of Non-Edible items.

Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to CandyFunhouse.ca in their original condition at their expense. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-edible products
