For In Store Purchases:

Holiday Exchange Policy: Products purchased after November 15th returned by the end of January with all tags intact in original conditions with a receipt may be exchanged for a similar product of the same value

Purchases made during our Sticky's Bucks promotion must surrender their given bucks if the return falls below the purchase threshold 

There are no returns or exchanges on any food/candy/chocolate products

At Sticky's Garrison we strive to do our best and make you happy. If there is a problem with your purchase we will work with you to make it right.

Returns Policy

Unopened/Unworn gift/apparel items in original packaging including original tags still attached with original receipt may be returned within 15 days 

Gift/Apparel products with a gift receipt will be exchange only.

Exchange for defective toy products with original receipt within 15 days

All food products are a final sale

All online orders are final sale

Plush toys are exchange only with tags on and original receipt within 15 days

Returns without original receipt will not be accepted

No Returns/refunds for Gift/Apparel products without a receipt or in original packaging with tags in tact

No refunds or exchanges on Bulk Candy purchases, Sticky’s Bucks purchases, Buy One Get One, Seasonal Candy, Custom products including gift baskets or candy cups, Free Gifts or Red Tag Items

All Refunds processed to the original method of payment

Valid ID required

Purchases made in November/December during our Sticky's Bucks Spend $25/get $5 promotion will be required to return their Sticky's Buck if the refund drops their purchase below the $25 before tax required to obtain said Sticky's Buck.
